Innoveye Ltd (אינובאיי בע"מ) ("Innoveye", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and your rights. It is provided in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13) and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR.
What we collect
- Information you give us through the contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your organization, mobile number, and the message you send.
- Limited technical data automatically generated when you visit (such as your IP address and browser type), handled by our hosting and content-delivery providers.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis
We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Providing the information is voluntary.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site:
- Web3Forms — delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox (operates in the United States).
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Google Fonts — serves the page fonts and, in doing so, receives your IP address.
We do not otherwise share your personal data, except where required by law.
International transfer
Some of these providers (for example, Web3Forms in the United States) process data outside Israel and the EU. By submitting the contact form, you consent to this transfer for the sole purpose of us receiving and responding to your message.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete them.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember your accessibility preferences if you choose to set them — this is functional and is not used to track you.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email contact (@) innoveye.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, and EU/UK visitors may contact their local data-protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving the entire site over encrypted HTTPS.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
